- You can expect to receive an email with USPS tracking information upon shipment
- Your purchase receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of your order placement

- Delivery times vary by Zip Code. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. (or up to 7 days if you count Saturday & Sunday) USPS Delivery can occur on Saturday.

- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail (ie; Canadian orders can take up to 2 weeks or longer for delivery. Our ability to track orders outside of the US end at the Canadian border. This is a Canadian Government issue not a USPS issue.)
- All Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser (ie; Canadian orders are subject GST and/or PST)
- All international orders will be marked as “Other - Business DVD” with a $2.50 or $3.00 USD value (based on number ordered) for each DVD
- Other items will be marked as "Other - Business Books", "Other - Brochures", "Other - CD's", etc., with appropriate values on the custom paperwork.
